Some nsd issues fixed (more than in rh bug) (fwd)

One part of the attached diff fixes the init file for use of
tmpfs mounted /var/run and some status codes.

The second part "fixes" some @variable@ replacements that
seem to not happen properly on "make install".

I will apply these against the nsd fedora/rhel/centos package,
though obviously the @variable@ replace will need a different
fix for upstream nsd.

Hi Paul,

The @variable@ stuff is already fixed in the NSD development version,
but has not appeared in a release yet (26 March).

One part of the attached diff fixes the init file for use of
tmpfs mounted /var/run and some status codes.

This fixed nsd.init and the nsd.spec. That are not part of the nsd
source tarball at this time.

The second part "fixes" some @variable@ replacements that
seem to not happen properly on "make install".

fix for upstream nsd.

Done. I think the init and spec parts need no fix from us.
