Not updating on notification

Hi list,

I am running NSD as one of the slaves to Bind. When I update a zone,
NSD doesn't pull an update after receiving the notification from
master. Initially I was using version 3.1 and then upgraded to 3.2.1
but the problem still persists.

The config file contains the following lines
        allow-notify: 192.168.2.1 MYKEY
        allow-notify: 120.0.0.1 NOKEY

On a related note when serving a number of domains is it possible to
specify a setting globally. Instead of adding allow-notify line to
every domain I add it once at the top level.

Any suggestions?

A usual thing? Set loglevel to some higher number and watch logs?

- - Do you already have the request-xfr: lines in the configuration?
- - Did you verify the interface addresses are correct?
- - Did you verify the TSIG key?
- - Could you increase the verbosity and see if the verbose log messages
give you sane information?
