Is nsupdate works for NSD?

Dear all,

Could I use the tool "nsupdate" from the "dnsutils" package to update my
zone/record in NSD ?

Hi Aurelien,

NSD does not have dynamic DNS support, so you cannot update your zones
with nsupdate.

Thanks for your fast reply
It encourage me because I have started to write a small portable sh script to add/update/remove records in a zone.
If my efforts paid I’ll see if it can become an interesting tool because I didn’t find any project like that on github.
