Unbound doesn't work in some hotels

unbound didn't work in the last couple of hotels I stayed in. I'm in
a residence now and it's working great again. Could this be due to
the hotels or ISPs blocking outgoing port 53 to all except their own
DNS servers?

This isn't really an Unbound issue, but the answer is probably yes, particularly if their captive portal is DNS based.

Probably, yes.

I recommend you look at DNSSEC-Trigger [1] which helps greatly to
alleviate the hotel Wifi pain.

Perfect. Can you tell if dnssec-trigger should be included in any of
these packages or does Gentoo need a new ebuild for it?
