Can the “include” statement in the unbound.conf be used to update server parameter outgoing-interface: ?
Updating the Outgoing Interface parameter
set ppp0 interface “unbound-ppp0.conf”
Documentation say explicit it's impossible for the "interface:" parameter.

"The interfaces are not changed on a reload (kill -HUP) but only on restart."
But not for "outgoing-interface:"
