Simple question: Why, when I download unbound to an ubuntu server, do I get an unbound.conf file with only the first 10 lines and 2600-bytes of file? Happens every time (maybe 6-9). Is there a location where I can down load only the unbound.conf template?

Simple answer: you haven't provided *any* information about how you're
downloading the file, and from which URL. There are many smart people
here on this list, but they can't help you with such a vague question.
Ask you question again, and this time include more details.
