Attached is stdout of a nsd 4 beta3 startup, This happened after some
other errors which is why the db file is probably corrupt in the first
place (I was researching another issue but tripped upon the double
free stuff while debugging).

Hi Tom,
While you reported this, I found a flaw in nsec3 processing, the
nsec3precompile was not initialised properly in some cases (for NSD
4.0beta3). It has been fixed in svn trunk. Could you update?
Your trace is also about an AXFR from two nsec3 zones, hence I think
it may be related.
