Hi,

I'm getting these kind of errors:

error: outgoing tcp: connect: Address already in use for x.x.x.x port 53

os: FreeBSD 12
unbound: 1.8.3

after searching for it I found a RESOLVED bugzilla entry:

Is this a bug?

I increased outgoing-num-tcp but that didn't help.
