Hello,

I would want to activate DoH on my NSD servers but I did not find mentions of this in the man page nsd.conf.

Is NSD v4.3.6 compatible with DoH ?

I don't think NSD already has DoH support (remember that DoH is only
standardized for the client-to-resolver link and NSD is purely an
authoritative name server).

If you insist, you can always add a DoH frontend before NSD (I would
recommend dnsdist.)
